Other ways to pay
If your card is not going through
It happens: in some countries cards are simply not accepted, and it is not your fault. We will find a way.
It is not you, and it is not your card
Cards issued in some countries cannot make international payments at all — the bank refuses them automatically, before any money moves. It has nothing to do with your balance and nothing to do with us. Here is what works:
- A card issued in another country. It goes through on the site the usual way, with nothing extra to do.
- Payment from the card of someone close to you abroad. Tell us whose payment to expect so we can attach it to your case.
- Neither of those fits — write to us in the form below and we will find a way that suits your country.
Officially we take card payments
One method works on the site: a card through Stripe. We do not publish a list of anything else, because the method that suits you depends on your country — what works in one does not work next door. Write to us in the form below, we will look at where you are and suggest something concrete in the conversation. Once you have paid, we open your plan in the cabinet ourselves.
Write to us — we will find a way
Tell us your country and how you would prefer to pay. We reply by email within 24 hours on working days. If we have no method for your country yet, we will say so honestly and suggest something else.
What happens next
- You send a request — it commits you to nothing.
- We reply by email with the payment details for your country.
- You pay in the way that suits you and send confirmation — a screenshot or a transaction number.
- The team records the payment in your case by hand, and your access opens exactly as it would after a card payment.
A payment made outside the site is checked by a person, so access does not open instantly — usually the same working day.
